You will be provided a link to your own Notion page where you can assign new tasks. You can type your request out and insert pictures or videos to help us understand your design request as much as possible.

Then you assign as many tasks on your dedicated Notion page as you want and we’ll work through those tasks on a first-come first-served basis. So make sure you sort the tasks in order of priority.

After a task is done, we’ll notify you! If you want to make any tweaks, you can make unlimited revisions with us. Simply assign us the revision and put it at the top of the priority list.

We set up a streamlined portal on Notion for project specific communication, so all parties involved get notified whenever there’s an update to projects. We can also use email for general inquiries!

There’s no contract involved. We value transparency and straight-forward methods. To start working with us, you only have to sign up and share context for the projects you need, that’s all!

We will work on the one you mark as top priority first but you can add creative directions for as many upcoming projects as you have. We dedicate our resources to a single project at a time so it’s fulfilled efficiently before moving onto the next one. It’s simple and effective to ensure you see deliverables within the appropriate time range.

We work with different programs, mainly from the Adobe Suite, we’re also experienced with Figma and Sketch. We choose the programs we used based on your needs.

Seeing as they require more time to complete, the following are not included for our tier plans: Logo Design, UI/UX Design, Motion Graphics, 3D Design, Video Editing, Prototyping, Coding, Branding, Color Palette, Typography.

Yes. Any assets we use during design have the appropriate licenses so you’re free to do as you wish with the graphics we deliver.
